Chapter 1: How to Adjust the Pillow to my Body Shape ?
Easily adjust the thickness of your "L'exigeant" pillow for tailored comfort. Hold your pillow vertically and gently open the zipper. To adjust the thickness, add or remove millet husks according to your preference.
How to adjust the firmness of your pillow? Your "L'exigeant" pillow is set to be medium-firm, but you can easily customize the firmness.
- Firmer: Open the Velcro, gradually add millet husks, test, and add more if necessary.
- Softer: Open the Velcro, remove some millet husks, test, and then remove more if needed.
You may experience some discomfort during the first few days of use as your body adjusts to this new support. After this period, you should notice a significant reduction or even disappearance of your pain.

Chapter 2: How to Maintain my Pillow?
Step 1: Remove the Millet
To start, remove all the millet from the first part of the pillow into a large dry container. Then remove all the millet from the part closed with the Velcro into another large dry container.
Step 2: Wash the Pillow Cover
After removing the millet from both parts, you can wash the cover of your pillow. Place it in your washing machine, using a delicate program at 30°C.
For drying, it is advised to let the cover dry naturally in the air, rather than using a dryer.
Step 3: Refill with Millet
When the cover is clean and dry, put back the millet you had removed. Fill both parts of the pillow, making sure to use the corresponding container for each part.
